REFUND POLICY

All products are produced on a made-to-order basis; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, exchanges may be accommodated in the event of sizing issues or product defects. To initiate a return, please ensure that the security label remains intact upon receipt. All shipping costs, including any duties and customs-related refund procedures, are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to assist with any required documentation. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, all items from Section8 are handmade and made-to-order; therefore, they are not eligible for returns or cancellations under EU law, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
