We ship worldwide using EMS.

Invoice & Taxes
An official invoice is included with all orders, clearly stating the product prices and quantities.
All import duties, VAT, and other related charges incurred upon entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times
The standard production and delivery lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks.

Shipping Fee Policy
A flat international shipping fee of $30 applies.
We offer free express shipping on orders over $400.

Duties & Import Costs

CARE

Some items may be sensitive to silver cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners, which can directly damage the surface finish. Therefore, their use is not recommended.

When stored for an extended period without being worn, the piece may react with external factors such as oxygen and humidity, resulting in the formation of new compounds on the surface. This is a natural oxidation process characteristic of silver and is considered a normal change over time.

There are several ways to restore the piece, but following professional care guidelines is the safest approach. Gently polishing the surface with a silver-specific cloth containing a fine abrasive can help recover its original luster and texture.

We offer a complimentary warranty service for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
For items outside the warranty period, repair fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All products are produced on a made-to-order basis; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, exchanges may be accommodated in the event of sizing issues or product defects. To initiate a return, please ensure that the security label remains intact upon receipt. All shipping costs, including any duties and customs-related refund procedures, are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to assist with any required documentation. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
