Refund policy

All products are produced on a made-to-order basis; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, exchanges may be accommodated in the event of sizing issues or product defects. To initiate a return, please ensure that the Security Label remains intact upon receipt. All shipping costs, including any duties and customs-related refund procedures, are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to assist with any required documentation. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
